Your transcript, the email address you give us, whether you're an athlete or a parent, and (if you share them) graduation year and sport. That's it. We don't buy data about you from anyone else.
Our AI reads it to find your courses and grades, matches them against your high school's NCAA-approved course list, and calculates your eligibility. Your transcript is stored encrypted.
Transcripts contain course names ("Eng II Pre-AP," "Algebra I MS") that our system learns to recognize. We keep course names and school information — with your name, ID numbers, birthdate, and other personal details removed — to make matching more accurate for every athlete who comes after you.
We never sell your personal information. Not to recruiters, not to advertisers, not to anyone. If that ever changed, we'd have to ask you first — and we don't plan to ask.
If you're under 18, your parent or guardian does. Results, emails, purchases, and any sharing choices run through them.
We're building an option to let athletes share their verified eligibility status with college programs — think of it as getting on recruiters' radar. It will be strictly opt-in, require parent/guardian approval for anyone under 18, and be off by default. Nothing is shared with any college unless you and your parent turn it on.
