How it works

From transcript to a clear answer in minutes.

Here's exactly what happens after you upload, what you get for free, and what the course plan adds.

  1. You upload your transcript

A PDF downloaded from your school's student portal works best. A clear, flat photo of a printed transcript works too. Unofficial transcripts are fine.

What you'll needYour transcript (PDF, PNG, or JPG) and an email address to send your results to. No account or password.
  2. We find your school's approved course list

We read every class and grade on your transcript, then look up your high school's own list of NCAA-approved courses. Every class is matched against that list, not a generic guideline.

Changed schools?Transcripts from more than one high school are matched against each school's own list.
  3. You see where you stand

Your core courses by subject, your core GPA, and a plain-language status: on track, at risk, or needs attention. A copy is emailed to you so you can forward it to a coach or counselor.

Hard-to-read transcript? If something on your transcript is unclear, we flag it and double-check it. We'll email you if anything changes.
  4. Get a course plan, if you want one

If anything is missing, the course plan names the specific classes at your school that would fill each gap, and when they need to be taken.

Already on track? You won't be asked to pay for a plan you don't need.
