FAQ
Common questions
Is this an official NCAA tool?
No. EligibilityChecker isn't affiliated with the NCAA and doesn't replace the NCAA Eligibility Center. It helps you see where you stand.
Does this work for Division II or III?
EligibilityChecker checks Division I requirements only. Division II and III have different rules, so these results don't apply to them.
What does it cost?
Checking your eligibility is free. The course plan is a one-time payment of $25.
What does the course plan include?
- The specific classes at your school that fill each gap
- When each one needs to be taken: as soon as possible, before senior year, or later
- A clear list to bring to your school counselor
- Updated free if you upload a newer transcript for the same athlete
Do I need an account?
No. Just your transcript and an email address for your results.
Who can see my transcript?
Only you and the EligibilityChecker team can see it, along with the AI service that reads it. It's never shared with a school unless you choose to share it.
Do you sell my data?
We don't sell your data.
What if my report looks wrong?
Email me. I'll take a look and fix it if something's off.
